About us

What we stand for

We create clarity where responsibility begins.

How it all began

From idea to vision

AUG 2024
Born from real-world practice
The idea for Costvise emerged from everyday working life. Where people carry responsibility for others, the economic clarity needed for well-founded decisions was often missing.

Our ambition was to change that – with a platform that creates transparency and supports decisions in a clear and reliable way.
JUN 2025
The next step
In June 2025, we applied to the aws First Incubator and were invited to the camp. There we pitched our idea for the first time, gathered valuable feedback, and sharpened it through exchange with experts and fellow founders.

The camp confirmed the real need and strengthened our commitment to pursue this path consistently.

SEP 2025
Full circle
With the technical implementation, the idea of Costvise took its first concrete shape. Step by step, a vision became a working platform.

Vision, domain expertise, and technical development came together and laid the foundation for the further development of Costvise.

OCT 2025
aws First Incubator
In October 2025, we were accepted into the aws First Incubator program. The selection validated the need for our platform and gave us the structural framework to develop Costvise in a focused way.

Beyond financial support, we benefited most from strategic guidance and expert exchange to advance our vision sustainably.

NOV 2025
The brand was secured
In November 2025, we filed the EU trademark for Costvise and extended trademark protection to Switzerland.

At the same time, we secured all relevant domains in the DACH region as well as the international .com domain. This created the foundation to develop Costvise as an independent brand with international ambition.
Q2 2026
Launch & Pilot Phase
In Q2 2026, we plan to launch Costvise and start the pilot phase with selected organizations. Together, we want to evolve the platform in real-world use and lay the groundwork for the next growth step.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Costvise, our launch phase, and technical approach.

What is Costvise?

Costvise is an AI-powered decision and steering platform that makes economic and operational connections transparent. It helps organizations in the health and social care sector make well-founded, data-driven, and compliant decisions.

What is the current development status of Costvise?

We are building a market-ready MVP focused on workforce controlling as part of the aws First Incubator. The platform structures and visualizes actual data, identifies economic risks early, and complements them with data-driven scenario analyses. Our current focus is on integrating existing systems and validating with development partners in the health and social care sector.

Why is Costvise starting in the health and social care sector?

Costvise starts in the health and social care sector because this is where economic responsibility, staff shortages, and regulatory requirements meet especially strongly. At the same time, many steering processes still rely on manual Excel workarounds and disconnected point solutions. The need for integrated, data-driven decision support is particularly high here, which makes the sector a strategic starting point.

What long-term vision does Costvise pursue?

In the long term, Costvise will become a scalable decision intelligence solution for complex organizations. What begins in health and social care will gradually extend to other workforce-intensive sectors, systematically establishing data-driven steering and making the economic impact of decisions transparent.

When is the launch planned?

The launch is currently planned for Q2 2026. We inform everyone on our waitlist early about specific dates and next steps.

Why is there a waitlist right now?

We are currently in the development phase. The waitlist allows us to engage interested organizations early and keep them transparently informed about progress and the planned launch.

What exactly does joining the waitlist mean?

People on the waitlist receive insights into our development progress, launch details, and updates on the next steps. Signing up is non-binding.

Who is the waitlist for?

It's intended for organizations and decision-makers who want to engage early with well-founded decisions and responsible steering.

How do we handle sensitive data?

Data protection and data security are core principles of our development from day one. Specific technical implementations evolve step by step and follow current data protection standards.

What role do existing systems and data sources play?

We plan to connect existing systems via interfaces.
This way, existing data can be used without organizations needing to change their current processes.

How does our AI approach work?

Our AI helps make complex connections within data visible. It identifies patterns, trends, and anomalies, and helps put potential impact into context. The goal is not to replace decisions, but to make decision foundations clearer and more forward-looking.

Is the platform built to scale?

Scalability is a core principle in our development. The technical architecture is designed so that features, use cases, and integrations can be extended step by step.
